In today's highly interactive world, it is difficult to avoid people who test our patience. Participants will have the ability to review the functions and dynamics of challenging behavior and analyze situations through use of case vignettes, development of positive plans of intervention involving therapeutic change processes, and how to employ techniques to reduce interference and maximize safety awareness in the workplace.
